2.2.1. Personal Data

  • This includes hardware and software information such as device type, memory and iOS/Android version.

2.2.3. Google API Access
  • For Cloud Sync functionality in Embolus (Android), we required Google Drive access to store your progress within the app.
  • We use OAuth consent, verified by Google, for you to provide the app explicit consent to save data to your Google Drive.

  • We collect this data for the purposes of providing cloud sync functionality.
  • The legal basis for this is consent.

3. How we store and share your personal information

3.1. Sharing

  • We will not share your personal information with anyone else, except as required by law.

3.2. Storage and Security

  • We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
  • We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure (password and firewall-protected) email and cloud servers.
  • We will store your personal information for a maximum of 6 months following the last communication between us and you. We will then securely erase this information.
  • You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
